New Landmark Building Nearing completion
The Landmark at Kierland will be celebrating the opening of its second building soon, with luxury condominium units all the way up to over $3 million. Want a deal? You can get a one bedroom in the newer but already completed Landmark building for $429,900, a full $370,000 off of the next highest priced unit (the price is “cheap” but the views are not).
The Landmark is the epitome of lock and leave lifestyle without making you feel like you are on top of people. Everyone has a view of the golf course, and the common area pool and community room are gorgeous. A concierge is available to arrange your night out, to let contractors in or to receive a delivery. The entry gate is guarded. Plus you are a quick walk to all that the Kierland area has to offer, including great shopping and a variety of dining.
Why pick the Landmark over the new developments in the Old Town / Downtown Scottsdale area? Things are a little less congested in this area, and don’t have the same old/new mixture that the old town area has. Some people might complain that the Kierland area is a bit “contrived,” with its purposeful development of a combination of luxury living, working and playing, but Kierland developers are betting that they’ve built a place that people will pay good money to live in.
