The Plaza Residences over 70% sold out.

The Plaza Residences is a recent condo conversion project a short walk to the Kierland Commons (a high end shopping, dining, and residential area). In an area where condos start in the upper $300’s and there are several over a million, these condos are priced well starting in the low $200’s. Both 1 and 2 bedroom units are available, and some units have garages. Contact me for information about some incentives to buy now! Prices on one bedrooms will probably rise soon.

Villa Monterey Golf Course, a 9 hole, executive course, has been closed since 2004 with the fate of the 36 acre parcel undecided. The once green golf course is browned and some say an eyesore for the neighborhood. Â
