The community is surrounded by mountains and expensive homes, but you're a 10 minute drive to the 101 freeway and the busy activity of Scottsdale. With just 55 units, the community is cozy, but you don't feel as though you are crowded in with your neighbors. Many units have views of the surrounding mountains.
