Move over Optima Camelview, the new Optima Kierland tower has the most amenities of all condos in Scottsdale and arguably the best.  The Optima builders have out done themselves in this new highrise next to the Kierland Plaza shopping center, with enough activities to keep you and your friends and fellow residents busy every weekend.  Imagine your weekend going something like this:

Saturday:

7.  Spend some more time outdoors in the outdoor patio space off the lobby.  Catch up on your reading in one of the comfortable chairs.

8.  Take a nap.

9. Throw on a bathing suit and and go back and forth between the cold plunge and hot tub. 

10.  Watch the sunset from the lounge chairs from the rooftop pool area.

One of the unique differences between Optima Kierland and Optima Camelview in downtown Scottsdale is that all these amenities are unique to only those who live in the building - a luxury for sure, but one that some will pay extra for.  Other buildings to be built within Optima Kierland will have their own facilities.
