Scottsdale is a legendary golf destination.  The city swells in the winter with visitors and seasonal residents that want to enjoy our warmer temperatures and... play golf!  If you want to look at a golf course too, then consider a golf course condo.  Contrary to what you might believe, Scottsdale golf course condos are not just in the luxury price range, and we've highlighted 3 low-priced condo communities below that have condos with golf views. But, beware, condos with a view don't come up for sale all the time.  And these coveted condos go quickly. You'll want to contact us early and be prepared to wait for a unit in the community you've chosen.

Milano Terrace is set against the Stone Creek Golf Course (shown above), with a choice of first or second floor condos or a 2-story townhome style.   Every unit has a one or two car garage.   Milano Terrace is one of the few communities that not only sit on a golf course but a bike/walking path as well.  Plus, Milano Terrace is a stones throw from plenty of local shopping and restaurants.  Stone Creek Golf Course is open for public access.

If you'd like to be closer to downtown Scottsdale, consider a condo at Sunscape Villas (also known as Sunrise Condos).  This community sits on the Continental golf course, open for public use.   Units are first or second floor, with a 2 story floorplan option as well.  The community has carport parking.  

Also on the Continental golf course is Golfview.  This is a small condo community with just about every unit having a great golf course view (hence the name...).
